FAQ

  1. Q and A....if you cannot find your answer here, please feel free to contact us.

  1. I have attempted to run many times but I just can't do it. I just find it too hard, and I can't breath?
With the EZ8 program you will learn to improve your running slowly, you will learn to breath while running. It is not easy at the beginning to coordinate breathing and running but with some drills it is easy to master. The key when you start running is to do it with short distance runs.
  2. Do I need to be a runner to join the running camp?

Not at all. We work with different levels from beginner to intermediate. The class is fun, we utilize drills to learn the running technique and also short distance runs. The goal is too be able to run a 5K at the end of the camp, but we also design other goals at the beginning of the camp, during the first interview. Even now, if you think that running a 5k is impossible, you might be surprised at how well you do.
  3. I was a runner for many years but I stopped because of knee pain? What can I do for it?

Some of my runners were suffering knee pain before joining the EZ8 running camp. After the running camp, they were so happy that they didn't experience any knee pain! Learning the proper running technique is very important, and the way you land, etc.
  4. When do the EZ8 camps start?

Every 8 to 9 weeks.

   5.    For the personal training session, do you bring all the           accessories to workout?

Yes, I do. Don't worry about your workout or the accessories, I will take care of that. Just focus on having a good time!

   6.    Is the personal training good for losing weight?

The personal trainer will design a program to meet your goal. The program will be specific towards your needs and your desires.

   7.    What happens if the running camp is too hard for me?

The camp is designed for all levels, there is NO COMPETITION. It is all            about doing the best that you can, having fun, and learning the proper           way to run.
