Do you need a running plan?

You have a running goal and you need a running plan..... Our Running coach will design a plan towards your goal. You want to challenge yourself and sign-up for a half-marathon, marathon or ultra-marathon, or would just like to improve your running speed?
We offer plans to prepare you for any distance:
- 1 mile
- 5K
- 10K
- half-marathon
- marathon
- ultra-marathon
All requests will be evaluated by our running coach, the length of the program will depend on the fitness level of the client and also on the objective desired.
The plan will be done weekly after feedback of the client but the fees for the plan will be due every month. Price for monthly plans and online coaching: $75

SIGN UP FOR YOUR PLAN
STEPS:
- Think about what you really want, distance, different courses, ... Design your goal! Don't forget that your goal needs to be S.M.A.R.T ( Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time anchored). You need to WRITE YOUR GOAL DOWN, give as much details as possible. Now imagine yourself reaching that goal, and ask yourself how does it feel? If you feel motivated, happy, proud... Go to step 2. If not Ask yourself, Is this something that I really want or is it for another reason? Is your goal challenging? If you want to make sure that your goal is oriented, or to reinforce your motivation and your self-confidence, sign-up for 1 session with our Life skills coach.
- Find a race corresponding to your needs/desires
- Sign-up for your race (if possible)
- Sign-up for your running plan (make sure that you have enough time to prepare for your desired race)
